The ideal candidate will conduct legal research, draft documents, assist in case preparation, and collaborate with the legal team to ensure successful outcomes. Prior experience in adoption law is a plus. The candidate must be licensed to practice in Florida or willing to become licensed.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research on adoption laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Draft and edit legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
• Assist in case preparation and management.
• Collaborate with the legal team to analyze and interpret complex legal issues.
• Stay informed about changes in adoption laws and procedures.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice in Florida or willingness to become licensed.
• Exceptional research and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar or eligibility for admission.
