A law firm located in Hackensack is seeking a Corporate/M&A/Securities/Finance Transactional Attorney with 6+ years of experience in corporate, M&A, securities, and/or finance transactions. The ideal candidate must have strong academic credentials and excellent oral and written communication skills. Applicable Bar admission is required for the jurisdiction in which the candidate is interested.

 

Duties:

  • Advise clients on corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and finance transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase agreements, merger agreements, securities filings, and financing documents.
  • Conduct due diligence investigations and risk assessments for corporate transactions.
  • Assist clients with compliance issues related to securities laws and regulations.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of corporate and finance matters.
  • Collaborate with clients, partners, and other attorneys to develop and execute transactional strategies.
  • Handle various aspects of deal structuring, financing, and closing.
  • Stay updated on changes in corporate law, securities regulations, and finance trends.

 

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience with corporate, M&A, securities, and/or finance transactions.
  • Applicable Bar admission required for the jurisdiction of interest.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Applicable Bar admission.
