Duties:

• Prepare and review legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions.
• Facilitate the transfer of titles, ensuring legal and binding processes.
• Display influential decision-making in the best interest of the represented client.
• Build and maintain rapport with clients through exceptional interpersonal, written, and public speaking skills.
• Work independently with limited oversight, prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization, including senior management.
• Effectively communicate difficult messages with a can-do attitude.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree (.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in New York.
• 15+ years of experience in Real Estate Law.
• Proven ability to be flexible and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to creatively accomplish organizational goals while managing legal risk.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite; experience with Centerbase is a plus.
