A law firm is seeking a Mid- to Senior-level Associate Attorney for their Boston office. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of litigation experience and be admitted to practice law in the state of MA.

 

Duties:

  • Manage a broad range of civil litigation matters
  • Handle government enforcement actions
  • Conduct internal and external investigations
  • Lead complex commercial and securities litigation matters
  • Manage SEC inquiries, examinations, and enforcement actions (if applicable)
  • Provide excellent attention to detail in all legal matters
  • Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
  • Maintain strong client relationships

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
