  • Assist with legal issues pertaining to water law, including water rights, regulations, and disputes
  • Address legal matters concerning sanitation districts, including compliance, governance, and litigation

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in California
  • 3+ years of experience in General Municipal Law, Code Enforcement, Water Law, and Sanitation District Law
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to client service and satisfaction

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

 

Certifications:

Active license to practice law in California
