- Leader and strategic thinker with extensive knowledge across multiple areas of taxation
- Deliver compliance and consulting services to individual clients and their trusts, estates, family offices, investment vehicles, charitable pursuits, and closely-held business concerns

What You’ll Do

- Perform high-level reviews of tax research and tax returns
- Prepare for and assist in client meetings on compliance and consulting projects
- Provide tax planning opportunities and advice on the tax implications of transactions

- Specialized needs of the ultra-affluent
- Families with multigenerational wealth, entrepreneurs, family offices, and closely-held business owners
- Comprehensive, independent, and objective wealth transfer planning advice
- Help clients make informed decisions relevant to their personal financial comfort, business and investment needs, family legacy, and charitable giving

Qualifications

Required:

- Ability to work within a hybrid model that requires in-person work 2-3 days per week
- 3+ years of experience in tax planning or preparing and reviewing client work papers and income tax returns
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related field
- Licensed CPA, attorney, enrolled agent, or certified financial advisor/planner
- Ability to travel up to 25% based on work and client needs

Preferred:

- Advanced degree (MST, MAcc, JD, LLM)
- Prior experience with Big 4 firms
- Experience reviewing partnership and/or trust documents
- Project management experience
- Strong technology, research, and writing skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Salary Information

- Wage range: $63,420 to $126,620 (adjusted for geographic location)
- Discretionary annual incentive program based on individual and organizational performance
