The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of managing case files, possessing pre-trial experience, strong academic credentials, and exceptionally strong legal research and writing skills.

 

Duties:

  • Manage case files independently, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Conduct pre-trial activities, including discovery, motions practice, and case preparation
  • Perform legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and achieve client objectives
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary

 

Requirements:

  • Qualified to practice law in Tennessee
  • 2-5 years of litigation experience
  • Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills
  • Pre-trial experience and familiarity with litigation procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
