Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and execute a market access strategy for Amgen's biosimilar and/or innovator molecules
- Conduct freedom-to-operate analyses for drug substance, drug product, formulations, processes, and methods of treatment
- Handle all aspects of intellectual property, including identification of relevant patents, conducting searches for prior art, analyzing third party patents, and drafting opinions
- Work with experts and perform pre-litigation activities
- Develop and implement global freedom-to-operate strategies for Amgen products in collaboration with other in-house attorneys
- Draft and prosecute patent applications and provide patent litigation support
- Develop and counsel others on intellectual property strategies associated with Amgen's business and research endeavors
- Opportunity to work individually, in legal teams, and in cross-functional business teams
- Anticipated 10% domestic and global travel

Qualifications:
