Duration: Varies (1 week to 6 months, possibly longer)

Position Overview:
KLDiscovery, a leading eDiscovery provider, is seeking actively licensed attorneys to join their team as document reviewers. This is a project-based position and successful candidates will be considered temporary contingent employees. This is a great opportunity for attorneys looking to gain valuable experience in the discovery process for complex litigation matters.

Responsibilities:
- Review documents using electronic review platform
- Code for relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege
- Assist with quality control and preparation of logs
- Flexible scheduling
- Possibility for overtime based on project demands

Qualifications:
- Active bar admission/attorney's license in any US jurisdiction
- Experience with electronic document review preferred but not required
- Proficient in modern technology and ability to work remotely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills

position details

remote/work-from-home opportunity, reviewers must reside in one of the following states: florida, georgia, north carolina, or south carolina
pay rate: $28 per hour
duration depends on the project; opportunities vary from 1 week to 6 months; possibly longer
flexible scheduling; must be able to commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week between 7 am and 7 pm monday through thursday; 7 am and 5 pm friday
overtime may be available based on individual project demands, at the discretion of the end client

qualifications & requirements

active bar admission/attorney’s license in any us jurisdiction
experience in electronically reviewing documents in complex litigation matters using our various review platforms including nebula, edr, and relativity is preferred but not required
experience reviewing and coding documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege is preferred but not required
assist with quality control, preparation of privilege, and redaction logs

high-speed internet access at the home office and either a mac or pc with windows 10 or newer operating system is required for remote work
proficient in the use of modern technology, especially computers and related remote, work from home office equipment
strong attention to detail/ability to prioritize tasks
critical thinking skills and ability to retain complex work direction
excellent verbal and written communication skills
