The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for performing legal research, drafting legal memoranda, motions, and other pleadings, attending court conferences, arguing motions, and managing discovery-related activities. Effective collaboration with other attorneys and staff, both within and outside the Litigation Group, is crucial to success in this role.

Duties:

• Perform legal research to support litigation efforts.
• Draft legal memoranda, motions, and other pleadings.
• Attend court conferences and represent the firm in legal proceedings.
• Argue motions and present the firm's case effectively.
• Manage discovery-related activities, including document review and production.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.

• Admitted to the bar in the state of Illinois.
