Organization is looking for an Attorney to support their contract, subcontract, False Claims Act, or other investigations related to federal procurement law and compliance issues. This position is open in West Mifflin, PA, Niskayuna, NY, Idaho Falls, ID, West Milton, NY, and Charleston, SC.

## Job Description

As an Attorney, you will serve as a legal advisor to Organization leaders on a wide array of topics relating to FMP needs, including legal risk mitigation in a government contracting environment, customer relations, strategic initiatives and compliance programs.

## Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill

- Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in at least one state of operation
- Active membership in good standing of the bar in at least one state of operation (NY, PA, or ID)
- 5 years of relevant experience

## Preferred Skills

- Experience or exposure to
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex government contracts
- FAR, DEAR, DFARS
- Supporting contract, subcontract, False Claims Act, or other investigations related to federal procurement law and compliance issues
- Organizational conflict of interest restrictions
- Excellent academic credentials
- Superior analytical, written, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines
- Provide sound, clear legal advice within the company, including senior executives
- Adapt communication style depending on the recipient's level of sophistication about legal issues
- DOE M&O experience

## Salary

Salary is commensurate with experience.
