Position Details:
- Limited number of fellowships available for Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on complex and novel issues.
- Draft motions, memoranda, and legal briefs.
- Assist attorneys with litigation preparation.
- Opportunity to work on amicus briefs for the Supreme Court or federal circuit courts.
- Attend hearings and oral arguments when possible.

Qualifications:
- Current law student.
