The Davis Wright Tremaine law firm is currently seeking a junior to mid-level patent attorney for their Seattle office. This position requires at least two years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution, with a focus on computer technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to work with clients of all sizes and in various industries. They should also have experience working with a variety of technology areas, such as mechanical devices, consumer products, and designs. Experience with cloud computing, cryptography, information security, robotics, or block chain is also desirable.

This position is open to candidates with a CS, BSEE, or physics degree, or equivalent experience, who are admitted to practice before the USPTO as a patent attorney. The annualized salary range for this position in Washington is $205,000 to $330,000, with actual pay based on the candidate's education, training, experience, and other job-related factors. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, long-term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, and flexible spending accounts. The firm also offers a 401(k) plan, vacation and sick time, 10 paid holidays per year, and an employee assistance program.
