  • Conduct discovery, including interrogatories, requests for production, and depositions.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in Massachusetts and New Hampshire is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4-10 years of legal experience.
  • Strong organizational and personal skills.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of cases.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in Massachusetts and New Hampshire is preferred.
