- This position can be based out of their Chicago, Madison, Milwaukee, Waukesha, Denver, Raleigh, or Salt Lake City office
- A minimum of 2 years of patent drafting and prosecution experience is required
- Ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Optics, Physics, or Biomedical Engineering
- Preference for candidates with experience in optics, acoustics, video and audio signal processing, virtual/augmented reality, and microscopy systems and imaging techniques

Job Requirements:

- 2+ years of prosecution experience at a firm or in-house is required

- Experience in software and AI is a plus
- Graduate-level experience or advanced technical degree is a plus
- Involvement with patent analysis/opinions of counsel and IPRs is a plus
- Admission to the USPTO is a plus
