- Ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Optics, Physics, or Biomedical Engineering
- Preference for candidates with experience in optics, acoustics, video and audio signal processing, virtual/augmented reality, and microscopy systems and imaging techniques

Job Requirements:

- 2+ years of prosecution experience at a firm or in-house is required
- Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Optics, Physics, or Biomedical Engineering (with an electrical or software focus)
- Experience in software and AI is a plus
- Graduate-level experience or advanced technical degree is a plus
- Involvement with patent analysis/opinions of counsel and IPRs is a plus
- Admission to the USPTO is a plus

Salary Information:

- For Colorado applicants only, the starting salary for associate positions in the Denver office is $190,000
- Pay is determined based on various factors, including experience in the practice area
