Braun is responsible for overseeing all phases of pre-lawsuit disputes and litigation, including working with outside counsel, managing budget and forecasts, directing internal fact-finding and e-discovery activities, providing company witness support, and representing the organization at mediations and litigation events. This role will also focus on counseling business partners on liability risk management and may lead strategic initiatives for the Legal team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a JD degree from a . accredited law school, admission to at least one . state bar or the District of Columbia, and a minimum of 6 years of litigation experience with a top tier law firm or in-house legal team. They should also have experience in litigation management, specifically with developing strategy, conducting internal fact-finding and discovery activities, and providing advice on material litigation developments. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience in life science litigation and liability risk counseling, as well as a strong understanding of basic business concepts and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The Litigation Corporate Counsel will report to the Corporate Vice President and Deputy General Counsel responsible for litigation and will be part of a collaborative Legal team. This position offers a competitive salary range of $153,000 to $220,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package, such as healthcare, a 401(k) plan, and tuition reimbursement. Summary: - B.
