  • Research federal and state employment statutes and case law.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA accredited Law School.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar and in good standing.
  • 4-8 years of experience in employment litigation.
  • Familiarity with federal and state employment statutes.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in employment law, including discrimination, harassment, wage & hour, and employment contract matters.
  • Ability to develop effective litigation strategies.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
