Northrop Grumman, a leading global security company, is seeking a Manager 2 - Contract Administration to join their team in various locations across the United States. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $114, - $188,.

The Manager 2 - Contract Administration will support the Maritime/Land Sensors and Systems (MLSS) Division as an Operating Unit (OU) Contracts Manager for the COLUMBIA Integrated Power Systems OU (CLB IPS). This OU is a rapidly growing division with a focused objective of delivering critical power generation and propulsion technology to the United States Navy.

As the Contracts Manager 2, you will be responsible for all aspects of the CLB IPS OU contracts’ portfolio, including financial performance, risk mitigation, change management, and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing a team of 8 contracts professionals and providing direction, development, and leadership.

The successful candidate will have a BS/BA with 10 years of industry related experience in contract administration/management, or a Master’s degree with 8 years of experience. They must also have experience in a formal people leadership role, recruiting and training employees, and presenting to and negotiating with all levels of management.
