Stamford office of our client seeks corporate counsel with 4+ years of general corporate transaction experience ideally at a Top 100 AmLaw firm. The candidate should have mid-to-senior level experience in corporate transaction matters, including equity and debt financings, M&A transactions, private equity and venture capital transactions, technology (SaaS, data agreements, licensing), professional services in various industries, and other corporate matters. Must be Bar-certified and in good standing in New York and/or Connecticut.
