Duties:

• Handle employment litigation defense matters
• Provide counseling on labor and employment issues
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Assist with client communication and case management
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of substantive experience in employment litigation defense and counseling matters
• Admission to practice in New Jersey and New York
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent writing skills
• Ability to work cross-office

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar in New Jersey and New York
