Job Details:

• Provide legal representation to clients in family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, spousal support, and adoption.
• Conduct legal research, analyze complex legal issues, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, agreements, and court filings.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about the status of their cases.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
• Utilize effective case management systems and practices, including hourly billing procedures.
• Consult with potential new clients to assess their legal needs and provide initial legal guidance.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to support firm objectives and maintain high standards of legal service.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admittance and good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience practicing family law, with additional experience in real estate law or business law preferred.
• Strong academic credentials with a proven track record of success in legal practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in legal research, analysis, and drafting of legal documents.
