Job Title: Tax – Transformation Senior Manager
Experience: 8+ years
Salary Range: $125,510 - $285,749
Location: Multiple locations available

Position Summary:

The Tax Transformation Senior Manager will be a part of the Tax Transformation Office at Deloitte Tax, responsible for transforming client service delivery through people, process, and technology. This role offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team and drive improvements across all Tax market offerings.

Responsibilities:

- Understand Tax business strategy and transformation aspirations
- Establish strong business relationships with stakeholders to drive delivery of business outcomes
- Coach and develop the Tax Transformation team to enhance delivery capabilities
- Manage multiple projects that span Tax years
- Define and manage detailed work plans, resource estimates, and budgets
- Identify and deliver key results with clear status tracking
- Identify and mitigate dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests
- Engage with Tax professionals to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Analyze business processes and legacy technologies
- Collaborate with technology professionals throughout the development lifecycle
- Oversee user testing and review learning strategies and materials
- Assess business readiness and analyze user feedback for action plans
- Lead deployment and decommission legacy systems
- Integrate program and project resources, including communication and change management

The Team:

The Tax Transformation Office at Deloitte Tax is a diverse team of professionals, including Tax Professionals, Human Capital and Technology Consultants, Quality Assurance and Technology Support experts. The team collaborates and executes a wide range of projects, with a focus on process design, deployment, and adoption.

Qualifications:

Required:

- Ability to work in a hybrid work model, with in-person co-location required 2-3 days per week
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or information technology related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% based on project work and phase of the delivery cycle
- Active accreditation in one of the following:
- Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office
- Licensed Attorney
- Enrolled Agent
- Technology Certifications

Preferred:

- Large-scale transformation experience
- Strong Program and Project Management skills
- Strong Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint experience
- Knowledge of data analysis, management, and metrics
- End-to-end technology project delivery
- Experience in a professional service environment
