Contract Counsel Job Description:

- Serve as Contracts Counsel for Pacific Retirement Services (PRS), working closely with Chief Legal Officer, corporate officers, and stakeholders to draft, review, and negotiate vendor contracts and other agreements necessary for projects.
- Manage an efficient and organized process for contract management and repository software.
- Provide general legal support for a variety of transactions including negotiating, drafting, and reviewing documents for business finance transactions.
- Partner with leadership teams to fulfill the vision, mission, and core values of PRS.
- . or . Law degree from an ABA Accredited School required.
- Current license in good standing to practice law in any US State required, knowledge and licensing in multiple states a plus.
- 4 years of experience in contract management.
- Valid driver's license and insurable by designated carrier.
- Broad range of legal, business, and management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Preference for candidates currently based in one of the states in which PRS operates.
