A law firm in Frederick seeks a Matrimonial Associate Attorney with 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent research, writing, and discovery skills, along with significant hands-on experience in drafting motions and pleadings. Familiarity with family law and/or accounting is advantageous. The candidate must be self-motivated, a personable team player, and hold outstanding academic and professional credentials. Additionally, candidates should be licensed to practice in State Bar. Duties: • Conduct legal research and analysis on matrimonial cases. • Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents. • Participate in discovery processes, including document review and depositions. • Provide legal advice and guidance on family law matters. • Represent clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings. Requirements: • 4 years of experience as an attorney. • Excellent research, writing, and discovery skills. • Significant hands-on experience with drafting motions and pleadings. • Familiarity with family law and/or accounting is a plus. • Self-motivated and personable team player. • Outstanding academic and professional credentials.
