This is a unique and significant opportunity to work on some of the largest and most high-profile construction projects in North America. The Assistant General Counsel will be responsible for conducting initial case assessments and providing risk assessments, as well as collaborating with internal and external resources on resolution strategies. They will also lead the strategic management of assigned legal matters and provide training to operations leaders on lessons learned. The successful candidate will have a Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school and be an active member of a state bar association. They should also have at least 10 years of litigation-related legal experience, including first chair trial experience.
