Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Admitted to practice law in Texas.
  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Experience drafting pleadings and conducting legal research.
  • Comfortable appearing in state and federal courts.
  • Licensed to practice as an attorney in Texas.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a litigation team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of construction law and related regulations.
