The Role

- Seeking qualified international tax specialists at the Senior Manager level
- Unique opportunities to work with experienced partners and teams throughout the US and globally
- Add value for clients and gain valuable international tax skills and experience
- Services include M&A support and transaction planning, group restructurings, and compliance and reporting support
- Skills required: knowledge and experience with US federal international tax concepts, ability to manage multiple projects, research and analyze unfamiliar concepts, and communicate complex tax concepts to clients

The Requirements

- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in accounting or law, advanced credential allowing for client representation before the IRS (. CPA or JD)
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, with at least 4 years in a professional services firm
- Knowledge and experience with US federal tax concepts, including subchapter C, subchapter K, subchapter S, and accounting methods
- Experience with key global international tax developments, such as BEPS and ATAD
- Proficiency in MS Excel for complex tax computations and models
- Familiarity with preparation and review of key US federal international tax forms
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
