Position Summary:

- Seeking a Senior Tax Consultant with experience in partnership allocation methodologies, Subchapter K, and tax compliance for real estate funds.
- Opportunity to work with the latest tax technologies in the real estate industry.
- Responsible for tax compliance and consulting services for investment management clients.
- Coordinating with client contacts, training and supervising tax staff, and attending required trainings.

Qualifications:

Required:

- Ability to work within a hybrid work model (in-person and remote).
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related field.
- Active accreditation such as CPA, attorney, enrolled agent, CFA, or CFP.
- Basic understanding of Subchapter K, partnership allocation methodologies, and tax compliance for real estate funds.
- Experience in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for work.

Preferred:

- Advanced degree such as Masters of Tax, JD, or LLM.
- Experience in a virtual and/or global environment.
- Passion for leveraging technology.
- Experience with ASC740.
- Previous experience in Big 4 or large CPA firms.
- Strong research, writing, presentation, and communication skills.
