Associate Trial Attorney - Western Pennsylvania:

- Full-time, remote position with in-person court appearances as required

- Consults with and renders opinions to members of the Claims Department
- Functionally supervises attorneys and maintains computerized litigation support systems
- Must have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree, and law school degree with State Bar membership
- Minimum of one year as an attorney or comparable outside experience
- Public speaking and ability to function in adversarial or confrontational situations required

Responsibilities:
- Competent, ethical, and diligent representation of clients in assigned cases
- Handle cases of moderate complexity and/or exposure, or assist in cases of greater complexity and/or exposure
- Consult with and provide opinions to members of the Claims Department
- Keep supervisor informed of work and any problems encountered
- Maintain and update computerized litigation support systems
- Functionally supervise other attorneys as needed
- Perform other assigned duties

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of one year as an Attorney or comparable outside experience
- Experience in paralegal, claims, or insurance helpful
- Must be capable of handling cases of moderate complexity and/or exposure with minimum supervision
