- Competent, ethical, and diligent representation of clients in assigned cases
- Handle cases of moderate complexity and/or exposure, or assist in cases of greater complexity and/or exposure
- Consult with and provide opinions to members of the Claims Department
- Keep supervisor informed of work and any problems encountered
- Maintain and update computerized litigation support systems
- Functionally supervise other attorneys as needed
- Perform other assigned duties
