Position Summary:

- Seeking a Legal Business Associate - Senior with experience in tax and legal technology solutions

What You'll Do:

- Participate in day-to-day interactions with clients and Deloitte project leadership
- Work with a team to optimize tax and legal processes using technology
- Develop and leverage automation and innovative solutions for tax and legal departments
- Provide training and support for software and process changes
- Assist with project management tasks and actively participate in status calls
- Understand and articulate the broader practice and Deloitte overall
- Participate in the development of team members
- Contribute to and participate in pursuit teams

The Team:

- Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) practice helps tax departments streamline and enhance their functions using technology
- Offers a multi-disciplinary approach combining tax technical and technology skillsets
- Specializes in direct and indirect taxes across all business cycles
- Global team aligned to support clients' objectives and challenges

Qualifications:

Required:
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, co-locating in person 2-3 days per week
- 3+ years of experience with legal and/or technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with one or more of the following: implementation of contract lifecycle management software, document extraction tools, data wrangling tools, DocuSign CLM, or Salesforce configuration
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- One of the following accreditations: CPA, attorney, enrolled agent, PMP, CCM, CFA, PMI-ACP, CCMP, CBAP, procurement/legal procurement, SAS Certified Data Scientist, paralegal certification, technical certifications such as Six Sigma or Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in related field
- Experience with template rationalization, guide/playbook creation, and contracting processes

Salary Range:

- The disclosed range estimate is $80,920 to $184,210, taking into account factors such as skill sets, experience, training, and other business needs
- Compensation decisions are dependent on individual circumstances
- May also be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program based on performance
