The ideal candidate will have expertise in Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and related proceedings, financial reorganization, and creditors’ rights. Strong writing, research, and oral communication skills are essential.

Job Details:

• Experience with complex corporate restructuring is a plus.
• Strong writing skills are necessary for drafting complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs.
• Strong research skills to navigate complex legal issues.
• Excellent oral communication skills to effectively convey legal arguments.
• Possess a JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and/or New York.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the State of New Jersey and/or New York.
• 3-6 years of experience with Chapter 11 Bankruptcy and all related proceedings, financial reorganization, and/or creditors’ rights.
