New Hampshire Public Defender is currently seeking applicants for the role of Staff Attorney to join our team and uphold our mission of protecting and defending the rights and dignity of our clients. As a public defender, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality representation to indigent clients while also catering to the unique needs of youth and adult clients. This position requires effective communication skills, the ability to anticipate legal issues, and the confidence to make strong arguments in the courtroom. Successful candidates will be able to work both independently and collaboratively.

- Identify and anticipate legal issues
- Draft, edit, and review motions
- Make sound legal arguments in the courtroom

Requirements:
