Duties:

• Draft both basic and sophisticated estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, while incorporating estate and income tax planning strategies.
• Tailor planning solutions to accommodate individuals with diverse wealth profiles, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
• Lead in-person client meetings, demonstrating strong client relationship skills and the ability to provide exceptional legal counsel.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals in the firm to ensure the successful execution of client matters.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in trusts and estates law, and apply this knowledge to provide the best legal services to clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience practicing trusts and estates law, with a particular emphasis on elder law.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey.
• Proven ability to first-chair draft both basic and sophisticated estate planning documents.
• Demonstrated expertise in estate and income tax planning.
• Strong client relationship skills and the ability to lead in-person client meetings.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Adept at working independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the New Jersey State Bar Association.

Certifications:
