Duties:

• Handle third-party liability defense, coverage, and extra-contractual claims.
• Provide legal counsel on bodily injury liability claims and related insurance matters.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide analysis on complex legal issues.
• Collaborate with clients, insurers, and internal teams to develop case strategies.
• Assist with negotiations, settlements, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 2-5 years of experience in third-party liability defense, coverage, and extra-contractual claims.
• Prior litigation experience in state and federal court is preferred.
• Commanding knowledge of bodily injury liability claims and related insurance issues.
• Excellent academic credentials.
