Job Summary:
As a Senior Counsel for . Commercial Programs at Johnson & Johnson MedTech, you will have the opportunity to provide legal support and counsel for various businesses within the organization. This role is critical in shaping and advancing key business strategies and priorities, and requires collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on the development and implementation of innovative commercial strategies for Johnson & Johnson MedTech's products, services, and solutions across . customer channels.
- Provide legal counsel and support related to fraud and abuse laws, health care regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate closely with pricing strategy, contracting, account management, sales, marketing, and other functions.
- Develop and deliver training for clients on various health care compliance topics.
- Engage in key policy and regulatory issues to ensure support for customer relationships and business strategies.
- Contribute to cross-functional teams and collaborate with colleagues in the Global Legal Organization.

Qualifications:
- Admission to and current good standing with the bar of at least one state or the District of Columbia.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, with relevant experience in the life sciences or medical technology industry.
- Strong transactional skills and experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative, practical, and compliant solutions.
- Highly collaborative and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience advising on health care compliance obligations.
- Experience with transactions related to information technology, cybersecurity, robotics, artificial intelligence, software, cloud, or privacy.

Other Details:
- This position may require some limited domestic travel.
- Located in Raritan, NJ; Raynham, MA; Cincinnati, OH; or Santa Clara, CA.
- Competitive salary range of $142,000-$244,950.
