Position Summary:
- Provide legal guidance and support across various facets of business operations
- Draft and negotiate contracts
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Mitigate legal risks and protect company interests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors and customers
- Advise executives and senior leadership team on legal risks and business terms
- Review advertising and marketing materials for legal compliance
- Develop solutions to complex legal questions
- Provide training on legal topics
- Develop company policies on industry-specific issues and regulatory affairs
- Anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems

Key Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Membership in Utah Bar in good standing
- 5-10 years of experience in law firm or in-house setting
- 2 years of experience in contract negotiation in tech industry preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong legal research skills
- Experience in structuring and drafting complex contracts

Preferred (Bonus) Qualifications:
- Expertise in GDPR and Data Privacy and Security
- Experience leading legal aspects of transactions
- Experience with complex technology agreements
