The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of relevant experience representing technology companies through all stages of their life cycle. The role involves working on various technology and commercial transactions, including software licenses, SaaS agreements, development and professional services agreements, terms of use, and reseller and distribution agreements. The candidate should also have experience in data security and privacy matters, as well as IP due diligence work in M&A and financing transactions.

Education:

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Must be a current member of the State Bar of California in good standing.
