  • Utilize experience from either the plaintiff or defense side in managing these cases.
  • Conduct record reviews and prepare affidavits for legal proceedings.
  • Depose parties and experts involved in the cases.
  • Prepare cases for trial, including gathering evidence and supporting documentation.
  • Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses as needed.
  • Provide assistance to other litigation attorneys on their current cases.
  • Report directly to the firm's President and Chief Operating Officer.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree.
  • Licensed to practice law in Michigan.
  • Experience in handling personal injury cases, particularly third-party auto accident and first-party no-fault cases.
  • Proficiency in record reviews, affidavit preparation, depositions, and case preparation for trial.
  • Strong skills in drafting legal motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
