Position Summary:

Deloitte Tax's Transformation Office is seeking a Tax Transformation Manager to join their team. This role will focus on transforming client service delivery through people, process, and technology improvements. The Tax Transformation Manager will work with Tax professionals, technologists, and key stakeholders to drive efficiencies and elevate the digital client experience.

Responsibilities:

- Apply agile and design thinking techniques to process analysis and design
- Collaborate with Tax professionals to identify pain points and opportunities for process improvement
- Manage business requirements and collaborate throughout the technology delivery lifecycle
- Conduct user testing and prepare materials for learning delivery
- Drive adoption through change management and communication
- Analyze feedback and develop action plans
- Decommission legacy systems
- Project management

The Team:

Deloitte Tax LLP's Tax Transformation Office consists of professionals with varying backgrounds, including Tax Professionals, Human Capital and Technology Consultants, and IT professionals. The team works on a wide range of projects with a focus on process design, deployment, and adoption.

Qualifications:

Required:
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with in-person co-location 2-3 days per week
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or information technology related field
- 5+ years of client service experience in tax compliance related areas
- Active accreditation such as CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, or Technology Certifications
- Ability to travel up to 25% for project work

Preferred:
- 5+ years of digital transformation experience
- Agile delivery and design thinking experience
- Business process analysis and design experience
- End-to-end technology project delivery
- Training delivery and client support experience
- Strong focus on deployment, adoption, and driving change
- Experience in defining delivery standards

Salary Information:

The wage range for this role takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience, and certifications. The estimated range for this position is $103,320 to $235,170. Compensation decisions at Deloitte take into account individual circumstances and are not typically at the top of the range for the role.
