Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct attorneys, paralegals, and support staff engaged in defense or coverage work.
- Manage and oversee ongoing cases and relationships, ensuring superior results.
- Assign cases to staff and monitor their work, optimizing talent to meet client and company expectations.
- Provide trial coaching and oversight, as well as legal counsel and guidance on complex matters.
- Stay up-to-date on legal and insurance industry trends and developments.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with clients, claim professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other MTAs and claim leadership to drive results and improve program effectiveness.

Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree with admission to the bar in either PA and/or NJ (admission to both preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of related litigation/trial experience.
- Two years of leadership exposure desired.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and legal files management/billing software.
- Ability to effectively manage and resolve complex issues and situations.
