  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to debt finance matters.
  • Draft legal documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and opinion letters.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of transactions.
  • Assist with due diligence reviews and risk assessments for debt finance transactions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate debt finance transactions.
  • Familiarity with negotiating, structuring, and documenting debt finance transactions.
  • Experience representing private equity sponsors or lenders in leveraged buyouts and acquisition financing transactions is preferred.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience at an Am Law 100 law firm is desirable.
  • Must have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school (law school classes 2019, 2020, or 2021).
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.

Education:

  • Must have a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school (classes 2019, 2020, or 2021).

Certifications:
