## Assistant Attorney General - Employment The State of Utah is currently looking to fill an Assistant Attorney General - Employment position in their Litigation Division. This position requires a and current membership of the Utah State Bar. The successful applicant will have excellent written and oral advocacy skills and the experience and ability to independently take over an existing caseload. **Position Summary:** The Assistant Attorney General - Employment will provide legal counsel and representation to government entities and their employees in civil litigation involving employment disputes and related civil rights matters in state courts, federal courts, and administrative tribunals. The position will also provide legal advice to client agencies.
