Duties:

  • Handle civil litigation cases with an emphasis on commercial and plaintiff personal injury matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for court proceedings.
  • Engage in discovery processes, including document review and production.
