A law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation. The selected candidate will contribute to the firm's practice, focusing on commercial and plaintiff personal injury cases, along with appellate work. The position is based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Duties:

• Handle civil litigation cases with an emphasis on commercial and plaintiff personal injury matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for court proceedings.
• Engage in discovery processes, including document review and production.
• Represent clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
• Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions.
• Handle appellate work related to civil litigation cases.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar.
• Strong understanding of commercial and plaintiff personal injury law.
• Proven experience in appellate work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrated legal research and analytical skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
