The Role: OpenGov is seeking an Associate Commercial Counsel to join our growing legal team. In this role, you will support the legal needs of our sales and business teams by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements. You will also provide legal guidance and support on a wide range of issues, including data privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
