Job Overview:

Duties:

• Handle inter partes reviews (IPRs) and other post-grant proceedings.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and align patent strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in patent law.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of prosecution experience at a law firm or in-house.
• Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
• Strong knowledge and experience in video processing and video codecs.
• Familiarity with video coding standards.
• Experience in virtual/augmented reality and AI is preferred.
• Graduate-level experience or an advanced technical degree is a plus.
• Admission to the USPTO is preferred.
