### Lateral Assistant District Attorney - Domestic Violence Bureau

Organization is looking for an experienced and dedicated attorney to join their team as a Lateral Assistant District Attorney in the Domestic Violence Bureau. The Domestic Violence Bureau is committed to providing compassionate and effective responses to serious crimes and has been a national leader in innovative and holistic practices.

**Job Responsibilities**
- Handle felony cases
- Prosecute cases without the participation of the survivor/victim
- Use evidence-based prosecution techniques
- Utilize digital evidence and social media sites to prove and enhance cases
- Handle roughly ten thousand cases each year
- Respond to precinct at the time of incident for serious cases

**Job Requirements**
- At least five years of litigation experience
- Record of jury trial verdicts
- Solid knowledge of criminal procedure, search and seizure law, and evidence

**Salary**
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
