A law firm in Newark is seeking an experienced Employment Associate Attorney with a background in employment counseling or litigation. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of litigation and employment law experience, with New Jersey admission required and New York or Pennsylvania admission considered a plus.

 

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation on employment-related matters.
  • Handle employment litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal briefs.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Advise clients on employment law compliance and best practices.
  • Participate in negotiations, mediation, and settlement discussions.

Requirements:
