Duties:

  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trials.

  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences as required.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
  • 3+ years of practical litigation experience.
  • Prior experience in insurance defense and/or jury trial experience is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education:
