Duties:

  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and disclosure statements.
  • Provide advice on compliance with securities regulations and ensure adherence to applicable laws.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal considerations are integrated into business strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience as a Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Securities Lawyer at a law firm.
  • Proven expertise in securities offerings and 34 Act filings.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission.
