The Tax Senior-Federal Tax Svcs-DART (Depreciation Analysis and Reporting Tool) position is a unique and challenging role within Deloitte's National Federal Tax Services (NFTS) team. This position requires strong tax compliance and consulting skills, as well as a passion for utilizing innovative technologies and processes to drive value and efficiency in tax engagements. The Tax Senior will have the opportunity to work with a variety of entities and their affiliates, researching and analyzing tax issues, and leading project management and delivery of tax advisory and consulting services. The role will also involve day-to-day interaction with engagement teams, both domestically and internationally. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in core tax compliance, including federal and/or international tax. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree such as MST or MAcc preferred. The ability to travel up to 20% is also necessary. The Tax Senior-Federal Tax Svcs-DART will be responsible for using Deloitte's proprietary DART technology solution to assist clients with tax cost recovery calculations and planning, preparing state tax depreciation schedules, and analyzing and validating deferred tax balances. They will also have the opportunity to work with tax depreciation software and assist with system implementations or upgrades. This role offers a wide range of compensation, with a reasonable estimate of $66,570 to $151,580, taking into account factors such as skill sets, experience, and training. Eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program may also be available.
